Reporting to: Head of Marketing, APAC

Team: Regional team of 3, including 2 VP Channel Marketing Managers (HK & Korea / Singapore & South Asia)

The Role:

Own the end-to-end regional marketing agenda to drive asset growth, deepen client engagement, and strengthen brand leadership across APAC. Lead integrated programs spanning content, digital, paid media, multimedia, events, and sponsorships in a complex, multi-market, multi-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set regional marketing strategy and coach a high-performing team
2. Orchestrate integrated marketing across all channels and markets
3. Enforce brand governance and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
4. Manage budgets, external vendors, and production partners
5. Partner with business leaders and client-facing teams to deliver measurable acquisition and retention outcomes

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree; CFA/CAIA preferred
2. 15+ years of progressive marketing experience inasset management across Asia
3. Deep expertise inwholesale/intermediary and institutional segments; strong understanding ofHong Kong and Singapore markets with remit acrossSouth Asia and Korea
4. Proven people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management
5. Experience managing agencies, production houses, and translation workflows
