Summary
The Sales Support Administrator provides administrative, operational, and customer support to
the U.S. Kids Golf sales organization. This role is responsible for accurate order processing, timely
communication with customers and sales representatives, and maintaining clean and organized
sales data. Working closely with sales representatives, customer service, operations, and
fulfillment teams, the Sales Support Administrator ensures professional service delivery, efficient
sales execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
Monitor and respond to inbound emails and phone inquiries from sales representatives, golf
facilities, coaches, and consumers.
Communicate order status, shipping timelines, and product availability clearly and
proactively.
Assist sales representatives with order entry, product questions, and administrative tasks.
Order Processing & Data Management
Enter and process sales orders with high accuracy in the order management system.
Validate inventory availability and coordinate shipping expectations with Operations and
Fulfillment teams.
Update and maintain customer, account, and contact information within the CRM system.
Track open orders, backorders, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely
resolution.
Prepare and send order confirmations, follow-up communications, and supporting
documentation.
Program Administration
Support consumer and account-based programs including 6th Club Free, TradeUp, and
seasonal promotions.
Ensure proper documentation, eligibility verification, and fulfillment coordination for
program participants.
Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Coordination
Resolve order discrepancies or delays by working closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.
Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for action.
Maintain organized digital records of sales documents, correspondence, and order-related
files.
Team Communication & Reporting
Proactively communicate product updates, order status, and customer needs to the sales
team.
Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and sales documentation as needed.
Support ongoing improvement of sales processes and administrative workflows.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative operations.
Experience in sporting goods, golf industry, or e-commerce environment preferred but not
required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Customer-service mindset with a professional and friendly communication style.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or order
management systems.
Problem-solving ability with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
