Description

Responsibilities
- Service and retain an existing client base through proactive outreach, scheduled reviews, and follow-up support.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our established workflows, sales techniques, and administrative systems.
- Record and report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring accurate notes and pipeline updates.
- Manage client relationships with a focus on growth, renewal, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead training sessions and contribute to leadership development initiatives to raise team capability.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to team members when appropriate.
- Represent the company by actively engaging in community activities, local chambers of commerce, and employer events.
