We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Southeast Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive professional who knows how to lead a sales team, develop people, manage inventory, and deliver results while providing an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have previous automotive dealership sales management experience and a strong track record of success.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, motivate, train, and develop the sales team
Work deals and assist sales consultants in closing customers
Maintain strong new and used vehicle sales performance
Help manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising
Monitor leads, follow-up, appointments, and closing ratios
Recruit and develop sales professionals
Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction
Work closely with F&I and other dealership departments
Help achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability goals
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000–$150,000 annual income potential, based on experience and performance.
