SALES MANAGER WANTED:
We are seeking a driven, energetic Sales Manager with proven experience in print and/or digital media to lead a results-focused sales team in a lively, visitor-driven market. This leadership role requires a hands-on manager who can balance coaching and development of inside and outside sales representatives while also maintaining and growing their own client base. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, able to quickly prioritize competing demands, and capable of inspiring a team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring sellers, creating and executing territory and account strategies, conducting regular performance reviews, and delivering ongoing sales training. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to craft compelling advertising solutions and leverage print and digital platforms to maximize client ROI. Candidates should be adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, maintaining accurate pipelines, and using CRM tools to forecast revenue and track progress.

Qualifications we value include a strong track record in media sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrated leadership and team-building ability, and a passion for customer service. Experience in visitor-oriented markets or tourism-related advertising is a plus. You should be self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about coaching sellers to reach their full potential.
