Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Wilmington, NC / Hybrid
Status: Full-Time
Travel: Moderate, primarily to PGA Section events within assigned territory
Reports To: Director of Sales

Since 2003, Evolve Golf has helped golf facilities create exceptional player experiences by making best-in-class custom logo golf tees, event gifts, awards, and golf shop merchandise that connect with players. Today, we serve more than 1,500 golf facilities, including many of the game's most recognized private clubs, resorts, and daily fee facilities.
Why This Role Matters
Evolve Golf is entering a critical growth phase, and this role is central to that expansion. This is not an account maintenance role. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who can win new business, deepen customer relationships, and represent Evolve Golf with credibility in the green grass market.
Success requires industry knowledge, disciplined territory management, and the ability to build relationships with green grass professionals.
Experience Required
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in golf industry sales, green grass account management, or as a PGA Professional with strong merchandising and tournament operations experience. PGA of America Member in good standing preferred.
- Deep understanding of green grass operations and the ability to connect authentically with golf professionals and golf facility decision-makers.
- A proven track record of generating new business, growing customer relationships, and delivering measurable revenue results.
- Ability to connect customer needs with creative ideas across custom golf tees, event gifts, awards, and golf shop merchandise.
- Comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, managing a territory like a business, and consistently hitting activity and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize, follow through, and support teammates.
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to managing customer relationships, pipeline activity, and territory growth.
- Willingness to travel for PGA Section events, customer meetings, and industry opportunities within your territory.
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Growth & Account Development: Grow sales within an assigned territory by increasing the average annual value of existing accounts, selling deeper into the customer base, and strategically opening new accounts. This requires consistent outbound activity, disciplined follow-up, referral development, PGA Section relationship building, and active pipeline management.
- Territory Planning & Sales Execution: Develop and execute a clear territory plan, including target accounts, seasonal sales priorities, sales campaigns, PGA Section opportunities, customer referrals, and follow-up activity.
- Forecasting & CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, follow-up dates, account status, and territory forecasts in Zoho CRM. CRM discipline is a core performance expectation.
- Industry Presence: Represent Evolve Golf at PGA Section events, regional trade shows, customer meetings, and industry gatherings. This role requires more than visibility. The RSM must use product knowledge, creativity, and industry insight to cultivate opportunities, present ideas that connect with customers, and turn relationships into new business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, customer service, and operations to deliver a high-quality customer experience and support custom program growth.

What We Offer
- Compensation includes a $78,000 base salary plus meaningful growth-based bonus potential. Expected total compensation for strong performance is approximately $100,000 to $105,000, with additional upside tied to territory growth.
