Job Description
The Project Manager, Marketing provides operational and coordination support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the wider marketing team. The role ensures efficient management of incoming requests, smooth coordination across teams and departments, and effective execution of marketing related projects and activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point for incoming queries and requests directed to the Marketing function and the CMO.
• Manage and prioritize day to day operational tasks and follow ups for the CMO.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between marketing teams, internal departments, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the CMO's calendar including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring appropriate prioritization of engagements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and document meeting minutes including tracking of key actions and decisions.
• Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of marketing projects and initiatives.
• Ensure transparency, alignment, and timely follow up on deliverables across teams.
