Description
Join our Consumer & Community Banking division, where you'll serve Chase customers with a variety of financial services, including personal banking and credit cards. We lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth, offering top digital solutions and customer satisfaction.As the Product Marketing Strategy lead within the Sapphire team, you will Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of credit card marketing. You'll spearhead the execution of creative campaigns, collaborate with external agencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop compelling business cases for growth. This role is responsible for crafting channel-level roadmaps, establishing a robust learning agenda, and continuously optimizing acquisition channels. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, launch, and management of marketing campaigns to acquire new Sapphire card members, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to guide the development of creative assets, providing clear feedback and ensuring materials resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with internal teams-including Analytics, Product, Finance, and Legal-to build business cases for growth initiatives and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Design and maintain channel-level roadmaps, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion across acquisition channels.
- Establish and drive a learning agenda to test, measure, and refine marketing tactics, leveraging insights to enhance channel performance.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver impactful results.
- Present campaign strategies, business cases, and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to create business case summaries for new customer acquisition tactics.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a passion for marketing, brand management, and relationship management
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence within a highly matrixed organization
- Proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven; able to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent team player with a can-do attitude, able to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Effective communicator, able to distill insights from large data sets and make strategic recommendations
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset; experienced in interpreting data and translating insights into strategy
