Management Consultant

RP Palm Beach LLC d/b/a Roxy’s Pub is seeking an experienced and motivated Management Consultant to assist in improving daily operations and drive the continued success of our establishment at our West Palm Beach, FL location. The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with owners and management to continuously set and refine business goals, developing and implementing strategies to achieve them.
• Regularly assess operations, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and enhance operational efficiency by implementing strategies to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Design and conduct ongoing staff training programs to improve performance, ensure consistent service, and enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct routine financial analyses to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Provide ongoing recommendations for addressing operational challenges and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate risks associated with new initiatives or expansions, providing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Monitor and review the impact of implemented changes to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and align with business objectives.
• Serve as a consistent liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication and alignment with evolving business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in the bar and restaurant hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of operations management, workflow optimization, staff training, guest experience, and financial analysis.
• Experience with event planning.
• Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in improving operations and achieving business goals.
• Skilled in inventory management and recordkeeping.
