Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and develop relationships with clients in order to provide personalized assistance that match their needs and style
• Maintain merchandise displays, restock cases, ensure stores cleanliness and organization
• Handle all sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling
• Responsible for taking in jewelry repairs, writing up special orders and following through to completion

• Must be able to work weekends
• Experience in retail jewelry sales
• Knowledge of jewelry repairs
• Strong communication skills
