About the Role - Director of Revenue Management
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing hotel profitability and rooms revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution strategies. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize total hotel performance and drive market share growth. Expectations include:
- Drive revenue growth and market share through strategic pricing, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and oversee revenue management analytics and reporting functions to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support targeted promotional and distribution strategies.
- Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and revenue reports to support operational and financial planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
This role is based on site at Hyatt Regency La Jolla, with the option to consider remote arrangements for the right candidate.
Wage Information:
The salary range for this position is $106,300 to $177,200. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency La Jolla reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
