The Corporate Sales Manager serves as the liaison for corporate group sales and corporate transient business. This position is responsible for maintaining existing business, soliciting new business, and market analysis to maximize revenue. The Corporate Sales Manager utilizes traditional and non-traditional sales techniques to generate revenue, establish new accounts, and identify opportunities within the competitive market. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to capture available market share, monitoring transient production and pricing, securing meeting and event space bookings, maintaining repeat business, and conducting sales presentations, sales calls, and site tours, while maintaining a high level of service and quality. This position contracts and closes group and transient business, ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Provides periodic reporting and analysis of market booking patterns and trends and builds customer loyalty through excellence throughout each customer experience.
