Job Summary
Responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical content that communicates complex concepts in a clear and engaging way to both technical and business audiences. Supports marketing initiatives by creating content that builds credibility, drives engagement, and aligns with campaign and business objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a technical content roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
Researches, writes, and edits content such as white papers, blogs, website copy, and email campaigns
Translates complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
Ensures accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all marketing content
Collaborates with product, sales, and technical teams to gather insights and develop use cases
Integrates technical messaging into digital campaigns, events, and marketing programs
Reviews and edits content created by internal teams or external contributors
Stays updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical content, marketing, or related fields
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, infrastructure, and enterprise IT concepts
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
Experience collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with SEO, campaign performance metrics, and analytics tools preferred
