Consumer Finance Litigation Staff Attorney
Buchanan currently has an available position in either our Fort Lauderdale or Miami office for a Staff Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The position offers the opportunity to work in our fast-paced and collaborative Consumer Finance Litigation group, with a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience, including client contact, court appearances, depositions and active case management. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple competing deadlines. Applications are required to include a cover letter, resume, transcript and writing sample. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Florida.
