Title: Associate Vice President, Finance

Location: Washington, DC (hybrid)

The firm invests across a diversified set of strategies, including venture, growth equity, private equity, and credit, and operates on a global scale. AVP Finance Responsibilities

• Support deal execution, fund activity, and transaction accounting in partnership with investment teams
• Assist with quarterly valuations (ASC 820) and complex capital structure analysis
• Oversee fund financial reporting and ongoing performance tracking
• Manage fund liquidity, capital calls, and credit facilities
• Calculate returns and carried interest waterfalls
• Supervise and mentor junior team members

AVP Finance Qualifications

• 6-7 years of finance or accounting experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CFA preferred
• Prior experience in a PE/ VC environment
