Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Public Finance
Skinner Fawcett LLP, an established Boise, Idaho firm specializing in public finance, real property, and housing law, seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience. This position offers unique growth opportunities in secured transactions, property security, loan servicing, and various complex finance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and conduct specialized research.
- Manage limited court appearances and client advocacy.
- Support an established general counsel practice across a portfolio of housing and finance clients.
This position is based in Boise, ID, but remote or hybrid flexibility can be discussed based on candidate preference and experience.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Washington State Bar (required); additional licensing in surrounding states preferred.
- 2–5 years of legal experience, ideally in real estate, litigation, or commercial transactions.
