Description

The fund has over 10 years of track record and runs a variety of strategies, and these hires will be supporting the growth in the Equity Long/Short, Equity Volatility, and Quantitative Strategies businesses.

While each role has a primary focus, all team members contribute across Treasury functions. One hire will be focused on Portfolio Finance and the other on Collateral Management. These roles offer a unique commercial opportunity to work in a front office function directly supporting PMs and business heads while building and maintaining client relationships with brokers and trading counterparties.

As part of a highly technical and collaborative Treasury team, these individuals will be responsible for ensuring clients pricing, leverage and margin, and interest costs are accurate and optimized. You'll also play a key role in managing hard-to-borrow securities, short positions, locates, and daily financing needs across the business.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in prime brokerage/futures & clearing, financial resource management, equity finance trading or portfolio finance
• Expertise with one or more of the following: US funding markets, listed and OTC derivatives, futures/options, equity financing, FXPB, and exposure to fixed income financing
• Proficiency with Python/SQL
• Previous experience in a front office team (risk, trading, operations) and/or in a client facing role
• For Portfolio Finance: experience with equity financing, stock loan, hard to borrows, shorts, locates; understanding of operations around these processes is key
• For Collateral Management: experience with equity/fixed income PB and FXPB; understanding on the OTC side with exposure to futures/options strongly preferred
