Job Summary/Description:

WILX is seeking an organized, meticulously detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our national sales accounts.

This position will also assist with account management, including order entry, order management, post-buy analysis, client communication, and follow-up, along with all other duties associated with account management.

The ideal candidate will be trained for the position but must possess the following characteristics: positive attitude, self-motivation, professional appearance, excellent communication and time management skills, ability to multitask, and meet daily deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities include assisting the National Sales Manager:

• Provide spot placement reports to agencies.
• Assist with Rate request reports.
• Assist with reconciliation/post-analysis of advertising buys.
• Accurate data entry of all national sales contracts.
• Confirmation of all national sales contracts.
• Assist with all political advertising contracts and FCC political file upkeep.

• Daily maintenance of all national contract revisions, additions, and cancellations.
• Daily make-good and preemption reconciliation.
• Daily management of make-good offers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while meeting daily deadlines
• Work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing time wisely
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience and working knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic systems is a plus
• Possess a valid driver's license, dependable mode of transportation, with vehicle insurance
• Associate's Degree or Four-Year Degree in related field preferred, but not required
