Description
Your responsibilities- Drive the expansion of the RF Products business in a European and international market environment
- Take ownership of defined European regions and strategic key accounts
- Monitor market developments and identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Develop a strong understanding of customer applications and define product requirements in close collaboration with customers and the R&D team
- Prepare quotations, define pricing strategies, and negotiate framework agreements with key accounts
- Support the sales team during customer visits and actively contribute to the acquisition of design-ins
- Strong enthusiasm for technology combined with the ability to contribute creative and innovative ideas
- Structured, proactive working style with a high level of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Professional, confident demeanor with intercultural competence and assertiveness
- Fluent in English and German; Japanese language skills are an advantage but not required
- Ideally a completed degree (BA/MA) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience or vocational training in RF engineering and/or product marketing is an advantage but not mandatory
