Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and execution of Enlyte's Casualty Solutions product portfolio. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll translate market opportunities and customer needs into innovative product strategies that drive business growth. You'll align product vision with Enlyte's broader business objectives, champion customer-centric solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that strengthen our market position in the casualty insurance ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with Enlyte's Casualty Solutions business objectives and market opportunities
• Identify and prioritize product initiatives that deliver maximum value to customers and the business
• Translate complex market and customer needs into actionable product strategies

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead collaborative efforts across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment on product direction and priorities
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement strategies
• Work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure technical feasibility and efficient delivery of product initiatives

Business Growth

• Drive revenue growth through strategic product decisions that expand market share and customer adoption
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and develop new offerings that address evolving market needs
• Define pricing strategies and business models that maximize product value and market competitiveness
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and business impact

Market Intelligence

• Lead competitive analysis specific to the casualty solutions market
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Identify market opportunities and threats that could impact product strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in the casualty insurance industry, with knowledge of claims management, workers' compensation, and/or auto casualty
• Proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market
• Strong understanding of technology principles and software development processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Deep experience with insurance, workers' compensation, or auto casualty products
• Track record of successful product launches that have driven significant business growth
• Experience with data analytics platforms and leveraging data for product decisions
• Executive presentation skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
