Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Management Analyst who has successfully completed Level 2 of the CFA Program. The successful candidate will work closely with our portfolio management team to support investment strategies, conduct research, and provide analytical insights that drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies and portfolio management processes
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial markets, securities, and economic trends
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance and investment recommendations
Collaborate with senior portfolio managers to monitor and rebalance portfolios in line with client objectives and market conditions
Support the research and evaluation of new investment opportunities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in portfolio management
Requirements
Qualifications:
Successfully completed Level 2 of the CFA Program
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in fund and multi-asset portfolio analysis
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Practical knowledge of MPT
Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with data analysis tools. Strong skills in Excel and Monte Carlo analysis required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when required
Security registrations required within 3 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Progress toward CFA Level 3 is a plus
Experience in specific asset classes such as equities, fixed income, or alternative investments
Familiarity with portfolio management software and risk management tools
