We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support
our marketing operations and ensure timely execution of campaigns, content, and brand
initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Department Lead and helps keep
cross-functional contributors accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinate and track marketing campaigns across platforms to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Hold the Video Editor and Social Media Specialist accountable for assigned tasks, timelines, and quality standards
- Monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and report status updates to the
department lead
- Work directly with clients to coordinate review/testimonial videos and photography, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups
- Assist with planning and ordering company-branded materials and equipment (e.g., logo'd merchandise, forms, signage, supplies)
- Coordinate branding needs for company events, including:
o Meetings
o Company anniversaries
o Employee birthday celebrations
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing department
Requirements
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience coordinating social media schedules and marketing content
• Comfortable managing deadlines and following up with team members
• Excellent communication and accountability skills
• Attention to detail and brand consistency
• Prior experience in marketing coordination or administrative support is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
