Medbridge is looking for a highly motivated and organized Experiential Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in managing the strategy, coordination, and logistics of conferences, in person events, and memberships.

The Experiential Marketing Manager will be responsible for a wide range of projects from client/partner specific events, industry trade shows and more. You will be the "go-to" person for all events and customer engagements that support Medbridge in our growth.

Responsibilities:
- Work with senior leadership to determine KPIs, including lead generation and revenue targets for the year; reporting on percent to target, quarterly and annually.
- Establish yourself as a dynamic event marketer collaborating cross-functionally ensuring best-in class event experiences, participating in brainstorms and offering input on the strategic and creative direction of experiential programs.
- Own and execute the yearly conference calendar and initiatives needed to meet channel goals through cross-department collaboration and previous year insights.
- Produce detailed proposals for events, including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, and budget.
- Oversee all event operations and initiatives, including presentations, socials, contests, sponsorships/advertisements, and booth logistics.
- Manage all pre-event and post-event training and evaluations to drive strong ROI and identify process improvements for future events.
- Develop strong relationships with association contacts to negotiate discounts for event sponsorships and identify new industry events for future consideration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of event or experiential or field marketing experience
- Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of prioritizing high impact activities and keeping complicated projects moving forward, working with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality are essential
- A positive attitude and a bias for action
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Experience working across multiple buyer segments: B2C and B2B
- Exposure to marketing automation and campaign management using Pardot

Salary Range: $105K- $115K
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
