Personal and professional growth are prioritized within our company, so we are looking for individuals that are motivated to grow.Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales with the potential for rapid advancement into management. While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not required. We provide a comprehensive training program to ensure your success and growth within the company. This is a business to business model with one on one mentoring. The perfect candidate for this position has a passion for helping people and educating them for a secure financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Educate and consult with customers on our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve company goals
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and sales skills
- Take on increasing responsibilities with the opportunity to be trained into a management position
Position Requirements:
- No previous sales experience required; we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Clean background and valid driver's license
- Must be able to work full-time Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute
- Flexible scheduling options available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive income with weekly bonus structure: $800-$3000
