Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to make an impact?  Robinson Gray, a thriving Columbia-based law firm, is seeking a Director of Marketing.  In this high-visibility role, you will execute the firm’s strategic marketing goals while supporting individual attorneys and practice groups.  

• Work with firm management to develop strategic marketing goals
• Lead all firm-wide marketing efforts, including branding, event planning, advertising campaigns, and more
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure strategic selection of sponsorships, memberships, and awards to elevate the firm’s reputation
• Plan and facilitate firm-hosted events for clients and community/professional organizations
• Support attorneys with individual marketing strategies and visibility efforts through professional and community involvement 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field  
• 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services or legal industry
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and event planning
• Proficiency with marketing tools, social media platforms, and graphic design
