570419 Consumer Marketing Manager - OneBlade Intimate, Head & Compact Shavers (Stamford, CT)
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share in the Male Grooming Category within NA, with a focus on supporting our OneBlade Intimate, Head Shavers and Compact Shavers. It includes developing local go-to-market strategies to deliver measurable business impact and profitable growth.
Your role:
- Deliver annual business performance and contribute to multi‑year strategic planning for the segment. Assist in monitoring P&L delivery, surfacing risks, opportunities, and drivers of top‑ and bottom-line results.
- Help develop and execute the local go‑to‑market strategy, supporting channel, pricing, promotion, and activation plans created with senior leaders. Ensure NPI launch excellence.
- Analyze consumer, customer, and market data to uncover trend, category, and competitive insights that inform strategy development and innovation planning.
- Create Marketing Jobs‑To‑Be‑Done and briefs for demand‑generation programs, ensuring alignment to KPIs and commercial performance expectations.
- Develop commercial innovation recommendations that address local consumer and customer needs-supporting the process from insight identification through business‑case development and go‑to‑market planning in partnership with Global Business Unit teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Category) to ensure timely, consumer‑qualified, and financially sound delivery of initiatives aligned with global and local plans.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 3+ years of experience in areas such as Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
- You're skills include technical marketing and business analytics, including the development of business cases and experience with syndicated market share data analysis.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent, OR no prior expeirence required with Master's degree.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You have the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure full on-time and in-full delivery of projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability, and drive. You're a self-starter, resourceful, and able to work autonomously.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $109,200 to $174,720.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
