Recognized as a Golf Digest Top 100 and Golf.com Top 50 Club Fitter, Moon Golf of Vero Beach is looking to hire passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Club Fitters. At our core, we are golf junkies! We focus on providing the highest level of service in the industry and that is what continues to set us apart. All our Club Fitters share time working the retail floor and Club Fitting all the top brands in the industry from Callaway, TaylorMade, Ping, Titleist, Cleveland/Srixon/XXIO, Miura, Mizuno, Cobra, Bettinardi, etc. We provide the best fitting tools like Trackman in order to give our customers the best fitting experience possible.

We are looking for individuals that have a passion for golf and the desire to help golfers of all skill levels. We are enthusiastic about providing our customers outstanding service and are looking for people that share the same enthusiasm. A club fitter at Moon Golf not only does fittings but does whatever it takes to ensure each customer has a great experience.

Moon Golf is a full-service retail store providing customers with the best products across all categories in golf. Fitting is in our DNA but we are so much more than that. If you have a passion for golf and helping people have more fun playing, then we would love to hear from you!

Experience Required

-Club Fitting

-Retail Sales (Preffered, but not a must have)

Essential Responsibilities

All Club Fitters are responsible for the following:

• Opening/Closing the store
• Greeting and engaging with customers on the sales floor
• Knowledge of all the products we carry.
• Club Fitting
• Merchandising
• Upkeep of the sales floor and back storage areas
• Familiarity of the POS System and all technologies used on a daily basis.

Benefits

• MONTHLY BONUS: We operate on a 4 tier bonus structure that pays out based on what tier that months sales fall under.
• INCENTIVES: We incentivize on inline/current product, and these are paid quarterly. This amount can vary/range depending on products sold. Expect anywhere from $600 - $1,200 per quarter.
• PTO- 13 Days beginning at your hire date and restarting every anniversary.
• SWAG- We love our brand and want you to wear it proudly. You'll have all kinds of Moon Golf logo golf shirts, t shirts, hats, bags, hoodies, gym shorts, etc.

Eligible After 90 Days:

• STAFF DEALS- opportunity to work with OEMs on equipment deals.
• SIMPLE IRA- after 90 days of employment, eligible for a company funded retirement account that contributes 2% of your pay. This 2% comes from us and you are free to add more if you choose.
