Job Summary

HHDS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Management Analyst that will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency and performance by analyzing complex business data, developing actionable insights, and implementing strategic process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, project coordination expertise, and the ability to develop and communicate strategies that support key business objectives and organizational change.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Support planning and coordinating programs, projects, and events, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence and analytics tools to support business decision-making.
• Support managing program budgets, including tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, team members, customers, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Foster collaboration and partnerships with other teams, departments, and organizations to achieve business objectives.

Position Requirements: Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related analytical field is strongly preferred. Previous experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or a related consulting field is highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Predominantly Sedentary work. Work is performed in an office or home office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances. Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
