About the Role:

We're looking for an exceptionally organized Email Marketing Project Coordinator to act as the glue between our internal team and client stakeholders. You won't be creating emails yourself-but you'll be quarterbacking the process: tracking tasks, nudging approvals, and updating reports. This is a detail-heavy role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the task tracking for email designers and copywriters (assigning-not executing)
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely approvals
• Update reporting documents based on inputs from stakeholders
• Keep project timelines accurate and up-to-date
• Proactively flag delays, blockers, or gaps in communication

Requirements

• 2+ years in project coordination, email marketing, or marketing ops
• Strong understanding of creative workflow processes (design, copy, approvals)
• Exceptional communication skills-especially in follow-up and nudging for action
• Highly organized with a love for keeping docs clean and updated
• Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Slack, and project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
