Sinclair's AMP Media Sales division is expanding its multi-platform enterprise business, and we're searching for a high-impact sales executive to help accelerate that growth. This role offers an opportunity to join a performance-driven team responsible for unlocking significant advertising revenue and shaping Sinclair's next phase of enterprise client development.
As a key driver of our enterprise portfolio, you will identify, develop, and close partnerships with national brands and agencies-driving large-scale advertising investments across Sinclair's full platform, including linear TV, Connected TV (CTV), podcasts, digital, social, branded content, live events, and high-profile sports and lifestyle programming.
You'll apply a consultative, insights-led approach to help major advertisers navigate a complex media landscape, leveraging Sinclair's reach, data, and creative capabilities to deliver meaningful business outcomes and measurable campaign success.
This role is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in high-stakes environments and wants to make a visible impact on company-wide growth.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Strategy
Identify and qualify national and enterprise-level prospects to drive new revenue.
Use existing relationships with brands and agencies to advance deals and secure partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to build cross-platform advertising solutions.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Prospect, pitch, and close new business across priority verticals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and proposal development through negotiation and close.
Expand revenue by growing accounts and identifying new opportunities across Sinclair's platform.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with national advertisers and agency partners.
Provide ongoing strategic support to improve performance and grow long-term revenue.
Consultative Solution Selling
Engage clients with a data-driven, consultative approach.
Use research and audience insights to develop multi-platform campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Prepare clear, compelling proposals and presentations that communicate value and ROI.
Market & Industry Intelligence
Stay current on category trends, competitor activity, and shifts in media buying.
Apply market insights to strengthen client strategies and support Sinclair's enterprise sales approach.
Internal Collaboration
Partner with planning, ad operations, research, creative, and marketing to deliver effective client solutions.
Act as a liaison between client needs and Sinclair's product and innovation roadmap.
Qualifications
5-8 years of media sales or business development experience with national brands or major agencies.
Strong understanding of how national brands and agencies plan and buy media, including key decision-makers across strategy, planning, buying, and specialty teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to interpret data and audience insights to guide sales strategy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and modern sales tools, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and others.
Bachelor's degree

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $149,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan
