The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Labor and Employment Staff Attorney.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Proficiency in electronic discovery, written discovery, and drafting legal motions
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to reside and serve the Louisville, Kentucky market
- No client development or business generation required for this role
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to 110,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Staff Attorneys are also eligible for:
