The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
- Familiarity with the construction industry preferred
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $195,000 to $210,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
