We’re looking for a strategic, handson Talent Management & Development leader to join one of our members. This role shapes enterprise talent strategy, strengthens leadership capability, and builds internal pipelines through performance management, succession planning, learning, coaching, mentorship, and change management.

What You’ll Lead
Talent Development
- Design and deliver employee and leadership development programs aligned to enterprise capability needs.
- Manage full program lifecycle: curriculum design, vendor oversight, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Build scalable learning pathways for earlycareer, midcareer, and leadership levels.
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, experiential learning, and assessments.
- Facilitate highimpact leadership workshops and development sessions.
- Curate internal/external content and partner with global providers, universities, and institutes.
- Assess organizational capability needs and recommend OD interventions.
- Maintain industry knowledge and develop metrics to measure impact.
Talent Management
- Lead regional performance management processes.
- Design and enhance the enterprise Talent Management Framework.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Strengthen internal pipelines and improve timetoready outcomes.
- Serve as functional owner of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Succession.
- Generate and analyze talent insights and reports.
Coaching
- Provide individual and group coaching using ICFaligned models.
- Conduct intake, goalsetting, assessments, and progress tracking.
- Tailor development plans using diverse coaching tools and methodologies.
- Align coaching outcomes with organizational needs and talent review insights.
Regional Mentorship Program
- Lead program design, cohort launch, mentor/mentee matching, and engagement.
- Develop playbooks, materials, and communication campaigns.
- Train mentors/mentees and deliver quarterly education sessions.
- Monitor outcomes and scale best practices across regions.
Change Management
- Lead change management for organizational and Talent COE initiatives.
- Develop stakeholder analysis, communication, training, and reinforcement plans.
- Coach leaders and HRBPs to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Measure impact and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology OR Master’s in HRM, OD, or related field.
- 7+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing OD initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Performance, Succession, LMS).
- Experience with talent management technologies and tools.
- Certification in organizational development or a related field Certified Professional in Learning and Performance – CPLP
- Certifications in Change Management like (CMP), (CCMP), or related
- Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 or related
- Certification in any well-known leadership development program (Covey, CCL, Eagles Flight) or related
- Certification in Coaching from ICF at ACC, PCC, or MCC
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
