Datamine is a leading analytics consultancy and product developer helping businesses unlock the value in their data. With clients across New Zealand and Australia, we’re seeking a savvy B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our busy Auckland office (but working on Marketing which will affect both New Zealand and Australia). 

To succeed in this role you will be driven to support the sales team and marketing objectives of Datamine by implementing B2B marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and drive growth.  Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating multi-channel campaigns, elevating our online presence, supporting with promotion events and owning our CRM system and automated workflows.

The marketing coordinator will turn Datamine’s marketing strategy into action; key responsibilities will include;

Main responsibilities

  • Successfully coordinate and implement (multi-channel) marketing campaigns from brief to execution
  • Maintain and optimise our CRM system, Hubspot
  • Implement new marketing initiatives to help grow brand awareness and drive growth
  • Creating / optimising / championing marketing processes, guidelines & documentation for best practice
  • General upkeep of the website including image sourcing, new content and responding to enquiries
  • Coordinating all channels for executing marketing activity – including written communications, social media, seminars and speaking engagements, internal and external events
  • Design and implement automated email workflows across the customer lifecycle journey
  • Maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Owning Datamine’s digital brand strategy
  • Organise events and brand awareness activities
  • Monitor and optimise ROI across channels and activities
  • Provide regular data-driven insight reports to key business stakeholders

You would fit right in at Datamine if:

  • Experience working with CRM tools (Ideally Hubspot)
  • Highly organised. Able to manage the delivery of marketing projects. 
  • Sound experience using Google Suite
  • Strong A/B testing experience
  • Digital optimisation experience
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Event management experience
  • A tertiary degree in Marketing, Commerce or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship both internally and externally
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign desirable, but not a must
