Dover FCU is growing fast! Our Marketing & Community Impact Manager  —working closely with and under the supervision of the VP-Marketing & Digital Experience—will craft the plans that promote continued growth. Guided by the credit union’s strategic plan, the Marketing & Community Impact Manager will create and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns and annual community relations plans that build our membership and deepen meaningful community engagement.

As a leader, you will oversee marketing, digital experience, and community relations efforts, managing and administering the budget and building the team you need to succeed. This will involve planning, organization, and inspiration. It’s the right role for someone who is excited about connecting people with what they need to get ahead—whether that is financial services for members or coaching, developing, and training for employees.

You will love that your role is connected to all areas of the credit union and will thrive in collaborating closely with other department heads to manage and implement projects that help Dover FCU reach its organizational goals.      

On a daily basis, you will ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all delivery channels and marketing media, seeking out the most impactful products, programs, or platforms to connect with key stakeholders. By closely monitoring ROI and metrics of campaigns and other marketing programs—using tools such as Google Analytics, our MCIF system, member feedback, and your own market research—you will identify the most effective areas for growth and target marketing.

A resume or link to your LinkedIn profile should show your 4-year degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field; 5 years’ marketing experience (2 years in a supervisory role), preferably in financial services; and your experience in digital marketing strategies, including with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
